How to Reprogram Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan

Reprogramming a Hampton Bay ceiling fan is a relatively simple task that can be completed in a few minutes. By following these simple steps, you can easily reprogram your fan to your desired settings.

Tools and Materials

Stepladder
Phillips head screwdriver
Remote control

Steps

Turn off the power to the ceiling fan at the circuit breaker or fuse box.

Locate the receiver module on the inside of the canopy. It is usually a small, black box with a wire harness attached to it.
